Your body is the one place you’re always in. But for many people, it doesn’t feel steady, calm, or secure.

And over time, it stops being just about food.

It’s how you feel in your body.
And how you start to live from it.

Holding yourself back.
Overthinking.
Cancelling plans.
Not fully showing up.

You wait until you feel “better” ~ until you look different ~ before you actually let yourself live your life.

I know what it feels like to be in a constant battle with your own body ~ to restrict, to start over, to try and never feel done, happy, confident, or secure .

After 15 years of being stuck in dieting and bingeing cycles myself (name any diet, I bet I did it), I learned how to build a way of eating, moving, and living that actually works in real life.

Today I work with clients all over the world who are ready to break that cycle too.

Not through chasing the next summer body ~ through grounded guidance and structured, sustainable change.
